The Norks are at it again, they've started to prep a long-range ("long-dong"?) missile for a test.
Thus providing a simple demonstration availability to the US: shoot the sucker down over the international ocean. We have the capability to do that, and since the Norks have recently repudiated the Armistice which ended United Nations hostilities against their nation in 1953, we are technically in a state of active war with them.
Secretary of State Clinton needs to deliver them a note telling them that in this new state of hostilities, which they themselves want, any projection of missiles off their territory will NOT be considered tests, but will be considered acts of war.
It's really that simple, and such simplicity is ALL the Norks are capable of understanding. Don't try to "nuance" this one, Mr. President, just shoot the missile down.
I had written a snarky comment but decided that it was too crude. Just know that I thought mean things concerning the next failed-missile test and gitmo detainees (coupled with a remote controlled ship and clear skies)

That would be a clear message, but I doubt this administration has the testicular fortitude to do so.
