At 2220, 1920 Pacific, in response to a shilled question on AK-47 "assault weapons", Obama firmly said that the USA needs a ban on such weapons. He started off by citing the usual liberal mantra of gun posession being all about hunting, etc, not about deterring a tyrannical government as the 2A actually says and means, but he acknowledged the GFW shill's question by plumping for AWB2.
The cat is out of the bag. An Obama victory means he will throw himself behind gutting the Second Amendment.

The great hero of the right, Romney, didn't even know that the AWB had expired! And Obama's possible desire to get an AWB2 wouldn't get past even an all-Democrat Congress, anyway.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Granted, it wouldn't get by the House, maybe not the Senate, either. Obama shilling for an AWB2 has a definite ring of desperation in it, though. He has to know that there are 65 House Democrats who signed a "no new gun control pledge" letter right after this Congress was sworn in, so he's throwing them under the bus to rescue his relationship with a few die-hard anti-gun lefties? Something tells me that a large contribution hinged on that question last night, maybe from Soros, who generally tosses millions towards the anti-gunners.
