Yeah, I know, that's too vague a question to have a tidy answer, so I'll break it down some.
Where's the world headed under the Socialists?
Here's a prominent libertarian thinker, and his succinct take on it. It will take you maybe three minutes to read his short essay, and it WILL be the most important thing you read today.
It's hard to know just where to start reversing the tide of collectivism, but it seems fairly clear to me that we have an opportunity to get that reversal process going on November 6th by voting for Mitt Romney and voting to put GOP candidates in the US Senate and House of Representatives.
After you read Mr. Smith's take on who should go to Washington (better, who shouldn't), consider supporting your favorite candidate, and maybe also JPFO.
Jews hold a strong belief that given the proper intellectual content, Man will usually make the correct decisions. Their JPFO organization is based on one glaring exception to this concept, because Jews generally don't support the enumerated right of individuals to own forearms over the claimed right of the Government to restrict that ownership. From within the religion, JPFO, a stalwart band of Jews, stands in support of the enumerated right to keep and bear arms that resides in our Bill of Rights as the Second Amendment.
My grandfather Phillip was a Russian Jew who came to this great Nation in the 1880's, fleeing from the Empire of Russia and the Tsar's "pogroms", or eradication of Jews. My father followed him in the religion, but married a gentile. I did not follow my father in the religion, but blood is thicker than water, so I have a soft spot in my heart for the Jews, and support them as they defend themselves against the incessant persecutions they face. I support JPFO because it tries to work within the religion to convince it's adherents of the necessity to defend themselves, and that such defense also includes fending off any government hostile to the very idea of self-defense.
Stay strong, my friends, personal strength is never a weakness, no matter how much the Socialists try to tell you that group strength is better.
Buy ammunition, my friends, I'm predicting that this Government will try to restrict the supply of it very soon. Consider it an investment in your future, because it is.
Grandpa Phillip was a war resister! That's a new one for me. So, there some of THAT in me too (hears the Rivrsis chuckling 150 miles away).

Grandpa fled the Tsar because he was fleeing the Tsar's Army. It was notorious for impressing Jews, and unlike the other peasants and serfs forced into the military, not allowing them to go home after some long period of time. Just to stay in the Army and die there. The alternative to fleeing was chopping off a foot or a hand. Grandpa chose, like the good Jew he was, to wander. To the USA.
