The recent revelation that Ms. Broadwell had oodles of classified info in her possession is troubling, to say the least. I was inclined to dismiss this affair as a mere pecadillo of one General until I read this. Now, the affair must be investigated thoroughly to determine whether each piece of classfied information has been compromised or not. "Damage", "Grave Damage" and "Exceptionally Grave Damage" are the three categories of Treason against the USA (3rd, 2cd and First Degree, in that order).
How to deal with Ms. Broadwell is easy. Unless I miss my guess, she is/was an officer in the IRR (Individual Ready Reserve) of the US Army. Cut her some orders putting her on indefinite Active Duty, post her to a base of the Judge Advocate General's choice, and put her in House Arrest, controlling all her incoming and outgoing communications traffic. Depending on how the two General Officers involved have contributed to that potential compromise of classified information, they might rate the same treatment.
The military has a plan for these events. Use the plan.
Oh, and run Ms. Kelley out of Tampa on a rail, tar and feathers optional...
Really? No.
Do what you've suggested to 0zero, and his whole damnned cabinet. Leakers and traitors, all.
Horsewhip Petreaus and the others, and drum them outta the ranks, but the Leakers in Cheif ought be locked away until their very dust is forgotten to the ages.
