Can anyone help me out with figuring where David Horowitz actually stands, what his credentials are and whether he should be considered a "Constitutional Scholar"? He writes his own Wiki, so that's no help.
All I know is that the guy started out politically well to the left (both parents were Communists), but after the Vietnam War, he gradually morphed to the right, and in the mid-1980s, "came out" as a conservative writer.
His latest cause celebre is opposition to Black Lives Matter, which he believes ought to be considered a terrorist movement (he agrees with Russian President Putin on this).
Some left-to-right conversions are notable, such as Ronald Reagan & Sir Winston Churchill, but is this one?
Enquiring minds want to know.
