I am so happy for you. I know that this was not easy to do but, reading your site has made me become more aware of what I have been eating too. I have started eating good carbs instead of the bad carbs. I went and made recipes of my favorite good carb foods. This is going to become apart of my recipes. I have also, started an exercise program where I workout five times a day for thirth minutes a day, hoping to increase the time very soon. I have began to feel better and I have lost about ten pounds. I have not cut out all of my fast food eating but it has decrease. This is all thanks to you and your daughter. I love to read your site. Not only is it the basic way I think, it is inspirational, too. Keep up the good work, I know that you will be able to keep the weight off.
