As I hinted at the end of the previous post, here, I feel that bloggers ought to have their own personal theme music.
I'm extending this to a meme. Everyone ought to have their personal theme music!
I'm making it a mandatory meme! Let's get viral!
Pick out your personal theme music, find (or make) an .mp3 recording of it, and post a link to it in comments. It will only take you a few seconds, and if the old saying, "Music makes the man" is still true, you've just promoted your own personality. If your selection is not online, attach it in email to me at perspac@yahoo.com and I will post it myself.
Sousa's Stars and Stripes Forever is already taken, too bad...
note: for the intellectual property protection fanatics out there, I'm not seizing any of this music, I'm just allowing you to post links to it here. I make no claims on it when you do, and if you ask me to remove it, I will comply. BTW, that's MY definition of "fair use".
I am not a blogger but Brain Damage by Pink Floyd would suit me very well.

Good on 'ya, Padre! I keyed up the URL, cranked up the sound, and drowned out the late news, which was blathering stories about the Marxists downtown skirmishing with the police. Perfect counterpoint. Maybe I'll throw some Duracoat in Red, White and Blue on the Remington 7615 Patrol Rifle when it comes in. It might have to be the counterpoint one of these days.

Being on dial-up, I can't do this kind of thing. My tentative, preliminary choices would be either "Hail to the Spirit of Liberty" by Sousa, or "Standard of Saint George" by Alford.
Old band nerd, I am.

I would love to say Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain" but... well, I just don't think I'm all that. There's quite a few that I might claim, but if I had to pick one right this instant, it would be "Hey Pachuco" by the Royal Crown Revue. And yes, the misspelling is deliberate.

If Johann Straus Senior's "Radetzky March" is your theme music, you might just be a distant member of the Hapsburg family:
