The "Swamp" is everywhere.
Scratch most "conservative" broadcasters, and you will find at least a little bit of Swamp.
Case in point, Fox-Business' Maria Bartiromo. She just finished a long, glowingly-fawning interview with a guy named Chandra, who is CEO of a new-ish company called Poshmark.
Poshmark is in the retail fashion business, and their Business Plan involves selling their customer's fashion lines for them. Consider the very name here: posh-MARK. Chandra sells stuff HE says are luxury goods, whether they are or are not. HE, Chandra, MARKS them as "posh". His plan is succeeding, and he has five MILLION fashion-line clients he is repping to fifty MILLION online customers.
Okay, the guy took an idea, made it work. Bully for him, right? If you say so, but Chandra knew that not all the goods he would market ACTUALLY were "posh" (a Brit slang term for luxurious). He markets just enough actually-posh lines to make all his end-users, middle-class women, BELIEVE that everything they buy from him is the very best quality and they are also getting a good deal on the price.
Bottom line on Poshmark is Buyer Beware. Back to Maria Bartiromo. She has a reputation for being Mizz Savvy Business Analyst. I did MY due dilligence researching Poshmark for this post, and guess what JUMPED off the page at ME?
Poshmark, currently privately held by Chandra, is planning an Initial Public Offering of stock this Fall. Maria Bartiromo never mentioned that, but asking the IPO question on googe brought me that answer.
Getting a little "insider" help from Chandra, are you, Maria Bartiromo? Remember what happened to Martha Stewart, in almost the same position as you are in?
The Commie Prosecutors in the Southern District of NY would LOVE to indict your pro-Trump tushie, Maria, and cover it with an orange jumpsuit.
My advice? Everyone, stay out of the Swamp. Yeah, you will get rich, but the money ain't worth it.
