Dire warning: How Criminals go free

Andrew Selsky, an ancient progressive journalist, now writing for AssPress, pens a column about an old black man who got out of prison, never admitting his guilt.

My warning is about the reasoning involved in the decision, and how easy it will be now for Soros-bought Prosecutors to cite this concept, revealed in the money-quote:

"Prosecutors asked the Marion County Circuit Court to dismiss the case, saying the state no longer believes it can prove guilt based on how much time has passed since the murder of Harriet Thompson."

All those polital DAs have to do now is say the testimony available is too weak or indistinct, then they don't have to prosecute. Victims get no day in court.

The way Justice worked before now was on TRUST. The citizenry TRUSTED that the testimony offered in a case was the best available, and when sentence was pronounced after the guilty verdict, the TRUST remained and the perp remained in prison.

Not any more. The Marion County DA's remark signals the death of Trust, and it will never be retrieved in Oregon.

 

 

Wishful Thinking

I have observed that President Trump is a Wishful Thinker. He WISHES that the D-Rats would end their "Resistance" and let him govern as he was elected to do, and maybe even JOIN him in governing.

Sorry, Mr President, that isn't going to happen. To the D-Rats, Communism here in the USA was INEVITABLE, Hillary's election was INEVITABLE, and killing off GOPes as a Party with illegals voting was INEVITABLE. You have interrupted the INEVITABILITY of their process, so they say that YOU must go, Mr. President.

So we now have YOUR Wishful Thinking, Mr Trump, and it's delaying the D-Rats' inevitability. This confilict will only end when one side vanquishes the other, sir. Unless YOU want to surrender to the D-Rat Communists and be vanquished, YOU must vanquish THEM. As in, REMOVE them from the conflict. Since it's too early in the conflict's rational continuum for guns, YOU must arrest a few of them for the obvious corruption charges you can prove and thereby force the others to retreat into obscurity. You have no choice in this process, Mr President.

It's YOU or THEM.

There is NO middle ground.

Wapato Jail, the end

Twenty-plus years ago, a $58 million bond was floated to built a new jail for Multnomah county, which I worked for as a Deputy Sheriff at the time. The big jail was built, on industrial land out on the North Peninsula of Portland, but it never opened. Instead, the anti-police (communist) County Government started restricting the Sheriff's number of jail beds.

The Wapato jail became a surplus property, and was eventually sold, and all 13 acres of industrial land it sat on, to the scrap-steel baron of Portland, Jordan Schnitzer, for only $5 million. During the political fooferaw over selling the perfectly-good facility, it was suggested that for a resonable sum, that Jail could be converted into a "homeless shelter". Of course it could! It has a huge kitchen to feed the Homeless Horde, rooms to give them classes in and many dormitories easily converted to sleeping areas. It had a sizeable Infirmary for medical treatment, too. The perfect Homeless shelter, so why wasn't it done?

Enter the emotions the liberloons are well-noted for. We began to hear passionate speeches about hurting the FEELINGS of the Homeless Horde, about how ISOLATED the facility was...

WAIT! Isolated, IS the key this facility wasn't re-pourposed. Read on, my liberty-loving friends...

Those fine folks of PDX don't understand the political motivation of Madam Deborah Kafoury, or they wouldn't be puzzled. Multnomah County Commission leader Kafoury is politically VERY far left. Too far left to be called a traditional liberal, even.

Madam Kafoury is a Socialist, and since she wields her power by fiat, not consent, that makes her a communist. Not a "big-C" communist, she's a snake and won't admit her actual leanings, but a communist nevertheless.

What class of people do communists HAVE to convert to their thinking if communism is to succeed?

Right, the proletariat, the middle class. How do you control the middle class if you are a communist? By taking things away from them: you take away their money by over-taxation, you take away their guns, their property rights, but above all, you must take away their SENSE OF SECURITY! Deborah Kafoury has been at the forefront of Multnomah County's efforts to remove all these middle-class values.

Have you figured out WHY there are so many "homeless" on the street? Over 80% of them have serious mental deficiencies, need STRUCTURE in their lives, but the commies refuse that service to these unfortunates. Why?

Because the Homeless Hordes are communist SOLDIERS, that's why. Their very disorderly existance among the orderly middle class creates that INSECURITY that Madam Kafoury needs to perfect her plan to put the liberty-minded middle class under her commie thumb. Have you ever asked yourself WHY the government tolerates the whacko disorder of the "homeless" in the first place? WHY that government, which has no problem projecting all manner of CONTROL onto the middle class, can't seem to project ANY control onto the "homeless"?

It's because these thousands of crazies infesting our otherwise quiet and stable neighborhoods in Portland are there for a REASON, and that reason is to constantly conflict with we, the residents of those neighborhoods. That constant conflict we are forced into destroys our sense of security, and that is exactly what Madam Kafoury wants. With our security destroyed, Madam Kafoury can then exert control over us to "give us back our security".

No, had Wapato been converted to a homeless shelter/treatment center, it would have taken in up to 2,000 of these crazies and started giving them a normal life, guiding them on their path to a middle-class existance. That's a sizeable fraction of the homeless horde in our area. That would be the very antithesis of what Madam Kafoury wants, so it won't be done, and instead, the junk-baron Jordan Schnitzer will soon have his warehouse to make money with.

You might wonder why that jail was built in the first place. That's a story for another day, but meanwhile, look up the "broken window theory". More on this later.

Gun control in World History

Now that the Democrat Marxist Party has decided it's now or never to toss our Constitution, their choice to do that is Gun Control, and within that choice, the Red Flag Law (ERPO). ERPO is nothing less that changing the very definition of gun ownership to community-based gun ownership. There history here, so let's look at it.

BTW, history repeats itself because few people are smart enough to develop new ideas.  Keep THAT nugget in mind, it's vital here.

 

Case in point: gun control. It was started by Statists, who even then had a vision of Marxist world domination (See the rapid spread of the 1917 Red October Revolution from Russia to all over Europe).

 

That Revolution succeeded, put Marxists in power in a large, but poorly-organized country, Russia. Marxists showed how good they were in organizing a huge new Statist government to run their huge country.

 

The first thing Russia did was disarm their population, to prevent a counter-revolution. Notice that is exactly opposite to what OUR Founders did after winning our Revolution against the British? We insisted that our countrymen be armed!

 

Along came the Great Depression, which Wall Street Investment bankers started because they were greedy (See: Goldman, Sachs and their "margin buying" of equities). During the Great Depression, robber-gangs arose and preyed on the banks, so reviled because they were blamed for the Depression, and therefore easy targets: who gave a rip if a bank was robbed?

 

In the depths of our Depression, we stupidly elected a free-spending liberal President, FDR. He WAS a smart guy, and looked around to find the support for his liberal Administration, one well Left of anyone else's so far in our history.

 

FDR looked at Russia, saw the organization, the determination to succeed of the Soviets (he ignored the misery the Soviets were causing). He looked at Germany, the failed Weimar Republic there just being replaced by the National Socialist Party, with Hitler being appointed Chancellor in late October of 1933.

 

As FDR looked at both examples, one thing jumped off the pages at him: gun control. Along with jawboning some hope back into the USA, FDR decided to do Gun Control, since he had a ready excuse: the robber-gangs. His idea worked, and the track was laid for the Left to ride the Gun Control Train all the way to NOW.

 

The Gun Control Express has FOREVER been the mode of Liberals showing their "decisiveness". They're still at it.

 

Now, the end of the Gun Control tracks is in sight, though. There is no more railroad to the future for the Left, and they have determined to kill the 1A, the 2A and the 4A with one fell swoop, so they advocate community-approved gun ownership be the model for the 2A. If ALL your family and neighbors approve, you may own guns, but if even ONE objects, your guns are taken away. That's the Red Flag Law*.

 

People, we stop Marxism in it's tracks, NOW, or it WILL swallow us up, in months, not years or decades. If we DON'T stop Marxism now, our Constitutional Republic is dead. The first few Amendments of the Bill of Rights IS the Bill of Rights, and the Bill of Rights IS our Constitution, all else which follows is simple process.

 

When we lose the Bill of Rights, we have lost the United States of America.

Bull Market? Short it and GTFO, NOW!

There is a HUGE threat to pretty much all the retail sector, major parts of the health sector, and slices of a few others, such as banking and insurance. That threat is liability for data-breaches. The Street is one liberal judge away from a BAD crash, which WILL happen when one of the 77% of the Federal Courts' liberal judges decides to rule that all the phony, unconstitutional protections that companies have bribed into effect against liability for data breaches, ARE actually unconstitutional. Imagine YOU lost your identity to the hackers of Kohl's, Target or ANY company which, mostly for greed reasons, refused to use the best practices of information security. You have suffered a big loss, and if ALL your loss would be ruled compensible, you would receive somewhere in the five-figures area of compensation. Now multiply that figure by hundreds of millions, the TOTAL number of data breach victims. That adds up to doom for the entire retail sector, the health-care sector & probably the banking sector. The economy fails at that point. No one will invest in any company having had anything to do with digital records-keeping, which is pretty much everyone, isn't it?

Bottom line? The entire Bull Market Bottom Line can be removed by ONE Judge writing ONE opinion which survives thru the SCOTUS. No, I'm not going to tell you what to do if you can't invest. No, strike that, I WILL tell you, bercause that's why I blog! Buy land you can farm on. Buy guns to defend it with and buy plenty of beans and bullets for the Militia you will raise for that defense. NOW, I'm done warning you!

Facebook banning ("Jail"), part deux, UPDATED!

Facebook “hate speech”. A game of no-rules football, to be sure. The brass hats at FB admit there are NO concrete definitions of “hate speech”, they admit that they make mistakes, and they admit to employing 7,500 censors, but this is apparently their working definition of “hate speech”¹ “we define the term to mean direct and serious attacks on any protected category of people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or disease”. In that word-string, I consider “direct and serious attacks” to be the operative definition. The rest of it is ei-ei-Yo to me. The PeeCee world changes it’s definitions of “protected categories” at least as often as a paid nanny changes a baby’s diapers, maybe even more often.

This article² from the LA Times is informative, in a “told ya so” sort of way.

What FB needs to do is use a recognized glossary. Now, that glossary is going to vary based upon the nation the writer writes from, and that can be recognized by the use of algorithms.

Specifics: I used the word “muzzies (plural of “muzzie”). Here is a slang dictionary on that word:

In my banned post, I connected the use of the above slang word with “Terrorism”, which is a legal and military term. Perhaps a better choice for me might have been “Islamic” and “Terrorism”, but then remember POTUS44, who REFUSED to use that word combination. This is NOT a "direct and serious attack" on anyone.

More specifics: I used the name “Junior Trudeau” as I was referring to the MOST RECENT Canadian Premier, but there is a recently-retired one by the same name, the father of the present one, hence the descriptive “Junior”. There is just no way that can be considered offensive, but since my banned post was a comment on a thread by a former Canadian friend and some of his supposed-friends, politically Liberal, all of them, they took my comments on the thread very hard, especially since I had just pointed out that Premier Trudeau seemed to be lying about the Tariff situation between Canada and the USA, AND I showed a joint Canada-USA GOVERNMENT chart proving that Canada’s tariffs on US trade are FAR more excessive than USA tariffs on Canada’s goods. Again, NOT a "direct and serious attack"  on Premier Justin Trudeau.

Further investigation: I declare that it’s appropriate, given this INAPPROPRIATE post-banning and “Facebook Jail” term, plus the THREAT of PERMANENT banning, that several things happen, and I am retaining counsel to see if I can bring these things about:

1. Facebook MUST have a glossary of banned speech and use it, ceasing ALL “hate speech” banning until it does. Failure to take this step is a violation of Free Speech as guaranteed by the First Amendment.

2. Facebook needs to stop playing political favorites, left over right. This same Canadian bunch, one of whom likely finked me out, is KNOWN for lampooning President Trump, and not always politely, either. If I can’t say “Junior Trudeau”, they shouldn’t be able to refer to Trump as an orange ape, or butcher his name (it’s NOT “Drumpf”) or cast unsupported negative personal aspersions about him.

3. Legal issues: Just like the political uses of the Clinton Foundation, there’s one of those tax-exempt funds over at Mark Zuckerberg’s empire. IRS rules for these is that they are CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS, and cannot be used for political purposes. I’m going to bet that Zuck’s is used just like the Clinton's.

UPDATE: 061518 1941 PDT: Facebook lies their ass off. I was informed that I was in FB Jail for 24 hours. After that posted on my timeline, I waited out the 24 hours (blogging, posting on MeWe & Twitter, mostly about Facebook perfidy). Well, even though I have Facebook's word for that on my timeline, they broke THAT contract as well, now let me READ my page, but I can't post anything for another 24 hours. Oh, well, these meglos are all Democrats, so I guess lying goes with their politics. We will see what tomorrow brings. Oh, yeah, Face-planters, tell your legal department I'm coming, and I'm bringing a whirlwind.

But I'm BAAAACK!

Item one on #FrightfulFriday: Facebook Jail. Yep, I dared to piss off some real, by-God, Canadian Loons, and they snitched me off for writing a lampoonish comment about their Loon-in-chief, Justin Trudeau, whom I called "Junior Trudeau" (true, that: look it up, his father is still alive!). I referred negatively to Junior's "Letting the Muzzies in" immigration policy, in those words. I'm suspended, under THREAT of permanent banning, but those ASSWIPES at Facebook won't even tell me what behavior it is I have to change to stay on the FacePlace, other than I commited "hate speech", which is so vague a charge it could NEVER be used in any court to convict ANYONE. Just like a meglo, isn't that? "I'm God and YOU can't question me." You don't suppose that reference to WASPs (White Anglo Saxon Protestants) would be Hate Speech now, do you? I was called a WASP damn near every day in high school, and that School is considered one of the most PeeCee in the country, and has been for 100 years. Here's news FacePlace can use: I have contacted a civil rights attorney in Kali, and am inquiring about sending the Zuckerbooger a Cease and Desist letter, maybe even a Tort Claim.

Item Two: I waited, and now it's here, TAAAH-DAAAH! Savage's Model 110 Tactical rifle. I'm interested in Stock Number 57007, the .308 with 24" barrel. With this barrel length, heavier bullets can be loaded with slower-burning powders which are calculated to burn completely in the longer barrel, accelerating the bullet to a better velocity, almost as good as 300 WIN Magnum. The MSRP is $784 (Streets @ $606.99 at Grab-a-gun.com), very nice for a rifle of this capability, likely a half-MOA or better. Looks like I might be able to put together the rifle, the good glass and whatever else I need, maybe even a can for around $2500. Some 168-gr match and the tables look good at out past 500 yards. Yowza. One shot, one (nevermind).

Big-Ls coming unglued...

Look, I am good friends with several Big-L peeps, but they do have a tendency to come unglued about the use and abuse of dope. I reach my personal limit of THAT fairly quickly. Short fuse, yes.

Here's a Facebook thrashing I just had to administer:

I've been taking heat on my page from Friends who claim to be Conservatives, but should more correctly refer to themselves as Libertarian. CONSERVATIVES do not accept as appropriate the use of mind-altering substances without regard to effects spread into the world outside the users' clothing (well, SOME of them keep their clothes on, some don't), but LIBERTARIANS have this logical flaw in their political philosophies. The next paragraph includes my swinging this "clue bat", and it WILL hurt if you get in the way of my swing, but here goes:

The Libertarian high-horse you sit on keeps your body almost two yards in the air. It's not fun to fall two yards to the ground, but you will. Read my comment below, and know this: There is NO dispute that cannabis is an intoxicating substance, and there is NO dispute that once THC from using it gets into the human body, it takes DAYS for it to be filtered out. Those are facts of science. The derivative and VERY provable reasoning which follows is that there are a LOT of cannabis users going about their daily lives in our society, WHILE STONED. They are driving, working at jobs, doing things that LEGALLY REQUIRE sobriety, and they are not sober, they are STONED. This puts ME and others at increased risk as I go legally about MY daily life. I certainly have a RIGHT to ask my Government to reduce that risk for me, and they have done so, putting laws on the books which have proper Constitutional foundation (so says SCOTUS, for now). If all cannabis users (and alcohol users) were masters of self-discipline, there wouldn't be a problem: if they got stoned, they would restrict their associations with society until they weren't stoned or high. We know this isn't the case, and in fact, the very use of mind-altering substances without regard to the welfare of others involved is a reliable indicator of a LACK of self-discipline, and THAT'S where the Libertarian argument falls off of the afore-mentioned High Horse.

(Here is the "comment below") it referred to the "Feds can't have jurisdiction over recreational drugs" canard I hear all the time:

10A says things not in the Constitution belong to the States, but Interstate Commerce definitely is in the Constitution, and so the Feds MAY regulate on interstate transfer of cannabis products AND the dollars involved (there is no such thing as money that does not move interstate within banks). NO banking can be done by the cannabis companies unless the Feds approve it. Other than that, if it's grown in Oregon, processed in Oregon, sold AND consumed in Oregon, the Feds don't control it, Killer Kate does. Wretched Reese does. What Sessions is trying to say here is that all of the cannabis-legal States have "overflow", and "leakage" of the product across State lines, and THAT is what the Feds are going after now. If Oregon does a good job of policing it's own cannabis market, the Feds won't do a thing, but you know Salem, they can't do ANYTHING right....

Okay then, there you have the LOGIC of an actual CONSERVATIVE. Refute it if you can, Libertarians. Oh, BTW, the next part of your faux-conservatism I will go after is your "Fortress America" thing, but I'll give you a hint so you can prepare to meet me in debate: two word hint: ISLAMIC JIHAD.

 

 

 

Friday Frustrations

Bullet-point list:

• Typepad (the blogging company which puts up with me). They have an accounting program so D.U.M.B. that it can't tell a renewed credit card, ON THE SAME ACCOUNT from an expired one, so I get nasty-grams.
• The Media: their transgressions against the lawful body politic (President Trump) are so egregious, I am not sure I have faith in Freedom of the Press any more. In fact, comes the "Un-Do", then the "Re-Do", I am not sure that the Second Constitution will even HAVE press freedom. At least there MUST be penalties for political advocacy. Media, you are permitted to report all the facts you want, and you are even permitted to opine (but opinions need to be labeled as such and not be passed off as fact). You NEVER have permission under the 1A to lie and deliberately perpetrate falsehoods DESIGNED to make the work of Government difficult or even impossible. That's PROPAGANDA, and it is NOT protected by the 1A as the Founders installed it in the Bill of Rights. Spewing those lies will be HANGING offenses in the Second Republic.
• Lear Capital, Inc: I am tired of their lying advocacy about the value of precious metals. Silver has traded narrowly between $12-16 for years, and sales are so-so, so Lear attempts to pump them up with the wild claim that silver will rise to $200 in the near future. Where is Treasury on this, where is FCC? Outrageous lying claim to sell their wares. Anyone else would be hammered for this crap, why isn't Lear Capital? Is the FIX in? BTW, you don't have to MINE silver anymore. About 90% of world silver requirements are supplied by recycling, and the rest is easily obtained by an electrolytic extraction process using seawater. The silver salts are removed from the sea water. All you need is a pipe bringing you ocean water and a large electrical supply.
• Jeff Sessions: Sessions is the biggest albatross around Trump's neck now, and he should be fired. Of all of Trump's Drain the Swamp agenda, the only part of it Sessions is keen on is Immigration. He's bearish on illegals and Sanctuary cities, but hasn't actually changed much. On everything else, the PHONY "Russiagate" the Dems conjured up to hide their own treason to sell weapons-grade uranium-ore concentrate to Putin, the attempts to steal the 2016 election by the super-snake Hillary Clinton, the HUGE and OBVIOUS money-laundering processes of the Democratic Party via the Clinton Foundation, the Pay-for-Play, etc, etc, ad nauseam, Sessions "RECUSED" himself from all of that. The FBI, Sessions' primary investigatory tool, is as corrupt as the day is long, Sessions does nothing. Fire his Deep-State ass, Mr. Trump!
• The NFL: Despite a full month of the effective Boycott, the Deep State backs the culture-destroying thugs of the NFL and their thug-tolerant owners. Congress, don't wait for Tax Reform, the Deep State is going to Deep-Six it anyway, separate out that removal of tax subsidy from pro sports and pass it as a stand-alone bill. If you do that, SOME of you worthless wankers might actually get re-elected.

I could go on, and on, and on, but these ought to give you the message, and now I need a stress-relieving nap.
